Ushuaia is located at the southernmost tip of Argentina, in a stunning wild and remote landscape, between the Beagle Channel to the south and mountains to the north. Ushuaia is arguably the southernmost city in the world (the smaller Chilean town of Puerto Williams is a bit further to the south). Many Antarctic cruises depart from Ushuaia.

The Beagle Channel separates the main island of Tierra del Fuego to the north from smaller islands to the south. It is one of three navigable routes between the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans at the southern end of South America.

Glaciar Perito Moreno (Perito Moreno Glacier) is a large glacier in Los Glaciares National Park, Argentina. It is part of the huge Southern Patagonian ice field, located in both Argentina and Chile. Perito Moreno is one of the most amazing glaciers in the world and is also one of the most accessible. The glacier is moving at a speed of about 2 meters/6 feet per day, its incredible views can be enjoyed on cruise boats and from trails ashore.
